COVID-19 brought immense challenges to individuals’ mental health, but it also heightened awareness and demand for support. Mona and Diona share how the pandemic changed the way therapists work, moving to telehealth sessions and addressing a surge in anxiety, grief, and loss among clients. They emphasize the importance of self-care, connection, and finding the right support system during challenging times.
International Women’s Day 2025: Celebrating Women & Community
One of their biggest projects is hosting International Women’s Day at the Fenway Hotel on March 8th. This annual event brings together local women entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders for an inspiring afternoon. This year’s keynote speaker, Fawn Germer, is a four-time Pulitzer Prize nominee and best-selling author. The event will also feature local vendors, networking opportunities, and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Raising Relief Foundation to support women and families affected by hurricanes.
